4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Issue store credit instead of refunds when appropriate

  • Charge restocking fees if applicable

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise stated.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New Mexico, unless otherwise required by law.

14. Arbitration

At our discretion, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for small claims matters.

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against the Company.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
